The CA Cleaning Services Story

CA Cleaning Services was formed back in 2017. Charlene, the owner of the company had been cleaning a few properties as a part time job for ten years prior to this. The small cleaning business she had started to grow as she took on more and more clients from referrals. Eventually it got to the point where there were too many customers and so CA Cleaning Services was born. It all coincided when Charlene was made redundant. The increase in customers and now the redundancy was the push needed to make this a full time business.

Having made the leap to go full time with CA Cleaning Services the request for the companies services soon rapidly increased. The business grew from referrals only, there was no form of marketing, everything was word of mouth. This was for all types of cleaning from household cleans to commercial properties. The increase in requests for the cleaning services saw Charlene working 14 hour days and so the company took on its first employee, Megan.

Once the team began to grow, so did the amount of work. More people were asking for their homes to be cleaned. A number of commercial contracts were also won. These ranged from regular Airbnb cleans, office cleans and even a couple of warehouse premises. The whole business has been grown completely organically without the need for any form of marketing.

As things stand CA Cleaning Services is still growing and is now looking to expand by taking on even more employees. The future continues to be very bright as the referrals and recommendations keep on coming.
